Mission:

To recreate a town as it looked in the early days of this nation for the purpose of reminding visitors of our Judeo-Christian Foundations laid by our Forefathers.

Vision:

To help facilitate an atmosphere in which the Holy Spirit can speak into visitor’s hearts leading to a life changing experience with the Living God.

Envision:

To see our moral decline by first comparing ourselves to a more Godly time period-the 1790’s

Proposed Site:

To be built along the banks of the Natalbany River in historical Springfield Louisiana.

Preamble:

The biggest problem facing Americatoday is the lack of Spirituality; whereas the greatest display of Spirituality occurred when the founding fathers laid the spiritual foundations that madethis nation so great.  Envision 1790’s mission is to create a Rural Life Park giving visitors aglimpse at this time period.  Visitors will be inspired to find ways toput Christ first in their daily lives, thereby building their own spiritualfoundations and growing stronger and more confident in their Christian walk.Understanding that without this original Spirituality base, our nation wouldnot have lasted this long.

God inspired Christian Concepts for Envision 1790:
 -

-     Envision 1790 Rural Life Museum and Historical Park- a multi-functional site with an overall emphases on the ministry of Spiritual Foundation Building. Just as our Founding Fathers established America’s strong Christian Heritages, guest will be inspired to find ways to experience Christ outside the church walls and into their everyday lives, thereby growing deeper spiritual roots capable of with standing today’s challenges.
·
 ·       Rural Life Museum- Envision 1790 will be built along the Natalbany River in Springfield Louisiana, givinga voice to our founding fathers once again.
 ·       Community gathering place- An outdoor pavilion will host many church wide ‘dinners on the grounds’ along with gospel music and much more.
 ·       Christian Book Store and Gift Shop- This building will serve as an entry point to theproperty while also offering reference material for further studying ou rChristian Heritage.
 ·       New type of “Net Casting” for Spiritual Man- Envision 1790 is a ‘net’ to be cast; one guided bythe Holy Spirit that can reach places and touch man’s hearts like no other spiritual message.  The rustic setting of the 1790’s help create an atmosphere for the Holy Spirit to speak directly into the hearts of visitors. This Rural Life Preservation recreates a period of great dependence on Christ, while our fellow countrymen laid the Christian foundations that help create the greatest country in history all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Visitors to the site will feel a sense of awe as they see, hear, and read examples of Christ influence on the Founding Fathers lives.
 ·       Rustic setting will attract visitors to the site- The rustic town along with other antiques items are a natural draw for people.  One of the first things to be built will be a replica of the Mayflower. Position along the highway, visitors will see this historically important ship, and come from miles around just to experience what it was like to live   during the early dayshere in America.
 ·       The Lord will move Man spiritually within this setting- An example and also a confirmation of this “Net Casting” came from Pastor Iran Smith, as he retold of a trip into a rustic part of Tennessee several years ago.  During a Revival meeting, his host Pastor took him out sightseeing and they stopped atan old 1800’s church. He retold the story of the atmosphere in that building, and how the Holy Spirit began moving about while he and the other pastor begansinging and praying aloud.  Other tourists soon joined in, showing how Christ can use rustic settings to open people’s hearts for a message.
 ·       Camping is practicing ‘roughing it’… if ever needed- Basic survival knowledge gives people confidence;learning how our founding fathers lived off the land is great information for any camper.

·       Seeing the Line in the Sand… shadow now- wall later-  A natural comparison of how far we as Christian have strayed away from Christ can be easily made, but the separation between Christians and non-Christian has neverbeen wider.  What does the future hold?
 ·       Practice standing for Christ before it gets harder – Considering the current course that America is on,being a Christian in the future will become more difficult.  Let us all practice what we preach. If notnow then when?
 ·       Analyze where you are spiritually and grow from there- It is obvious that spiritually as a nation we have backslide.  But as individuals we must begin with being honest about our own spiritual life.  Each one of us needs to spend quality time inour own spiritual prayer closets. Writing down an assessment of our good qualities and also those qualities that may displease Christ. Then seek ways to improve our own spiritual foundations.  If we are not growing in Christ then we are dying in this world.
 ·       Establishing church outside the “Box”… in everydaylife- Modern day perception of church is like a” box” on the side of the road. We pass by it many times a week but only open it occasionally on Sundays or for a funeral to help try to copewith death.  Modern church is just a remnant of what Christ wanted from His church.  Envision 1790’s message is to show how spiritual our founding fathers lived and challenge visitors to find ways to put Christ back into our daily lives.  Church should have no walls and lived 7 days a week in one form or another.
 ·       Foundation Building…growing Spiritual confidence with practice- Just as our founding fathers laid our Christian Heritage Foundations, we need to establish strong spiritual foundations in our own lives. Find ways to humbly stand for Christ in our daily lives, and each timewe do we build confidence and grow stronger and closer to Christ.

·       Many projects for Christians to help therefore grow- Envision 1790 will be looking for volunteers to help build the buildings and other projects to recreate a town as it would have looked long ago.  Spiritual growth and confidence will be experienced by these volunteers.
 ·       Providing ‘Men’ type ministries to attract Average JoeChristian- Today’s religion has narrowed down into this small “box” which many men are not a part of.  Envision 1790 will help promote outdoor type ministries that men feel more comfortable with and therefore are more likely to be involved in; thereby growing their spiritual foundations and spiritual confidence.  And as men grow spiritually, they will become a more active member of their own church.
 ·       Preservation of our forgotten real Christian Heritage- It is clear that our founding fathers were Christians and that faith in Christ played a very important role in writing our constitution and other important documents. Just to read about George Washington and other past leaders, more than proves they were not only Christians, but lead by Divine providence.  Envision 1790 thru original writing, short reenactment videos, and other personal demonstrations, visitors will see a glimpse into the real lives of our founding fathers.   This history lesson must not be forgotten.
 ·       Catering museum tours to school groups…laying newfoundations- Envision 1790 Rural Life Museum will be open year round for everyone to visit.  Special efforts will be made to invite and entertain school age kids to teach them our real Christian Heritage.
·       Gift Shop/Book Store for extended studies of our Christian Heritage- Envision 1790 will indicate references during the tour that can be verified in history books and other sources, and these books will be available for sale in “ForeFathers”  Christian Book Store located on site.

·       Battle for thesoul(s) of our nation- Singular or plural ‘souls’ refers to all of our eternal salvation. Envision 1790 is a ministry, working under the Great Commission to be fishers of men.  There is no political correctness nor any apologies,we are Christians and we are here to help save souls.
 ·       Move the political argument into a Spiritual argument- Many of the current political arguments have clear spiritual answer in the bible.  If we call ourselves Christians and ignore the teachings of Christ then we le and our eternal salvation may be at stake.

·       John 3:19-21 “man likes the darkness… therefore battles the Light”- This passage from the bible explains everything. The battle against Christianity is really a battle between those who like the darkness and against Jesus Christ. We Christian by nature bring light into the world and those who like the darkness find ways to silence us.

·       Find ways to involve the un-churched into ministry work -  Envision 1790 is a unique type ministry; by finding ways to bring church outside the ‘box’ andinto everyday life, many more people will find Christ. This rustic appeal creates common ground to share word within a different setting that some people are more comfortable with.
·       Rereading God’s influence thru out our history- Over time history books have changed.  Early editions of text books gave God all theglory.  One such text book written by a Frenchman name Alexis de Tocqueville  was used for over a hundred years; slowly this book was edited downto a third of it original content, deleting references to those things thatmade America so great-Jesus Christ.
·       Establishing a Moral common ground for Americans to reunite- Instead of us always seeing differences between ourselves, let all of us Christians come together and workon issues we believe in.  If our goals are to save sinners from hell, then let us unite and work for the that commongood.  If our goals are to preserve the Union, let us pray for our leaders and pray for ournation.

·       Life is full of choices…make them as if Christ issitting next to you-  one way to help monitorour faith is to keep Christ on our mind and in our heart all day long.  If we are unsure of a decision, stop and pray; Christ said he would never leave us or forsake us; He will answer your prayer and help you make the right decision.  Just ask.

·       Cry out for ‘end time’ repentance type prayer- Without a doubt, the deepest type prayer is when someone is facing eternity.  That prayer comes from deep within our soul and at that moment one reaches as high as onecan toward our Heavenly Father.  Envision1790 shows visitor how far America has fallen away from Christ; at what point do we as a nation stop falling and look up to our Heavenly Father?
 ·       Confirming this message is right for this time- The lack of Spirituality in our nation can only lead to disaster.  Looking back to this nation’s beginnings has become a popular topic. Envision 1790 conception was January 2009; well before much of today’smovements.  It is the right message and judging by the popularity of the Tea Party, this confirms it is the right time.
 ·       Confirming us as a Christian Nation or die- Not wishing to sound like a doomsday profit, but clearly understanding what the bible says has happen to other nations that turntheir backs on the Lord.  The United States must repent and turn back to Christ. History is full of past nations that for one reason or ano ther does not excise anymore.

·       Understanding that Americacould dissolve before the Rapture- Without a doubt Americais a bless nation.  We have grown accustom to these blessing, but nowhere does Christ guarantee it to continue. In fact, the bible does talk about the end time and a great falling away fromthe Lord.  We as Christians see that theRapture may be near, but on this course it also guarantees that America can notlast.
 ·       That our form of government is only for a Just and Moral people-  John Adams one of the founding father's once said "this form of government can only be for a just and moral people".  Self government puts certain people in charge of the treasury, and this can lead to them voting themselves all the benefits they wish.  As Christians, we understand that our treasures are in heaven.  Our time here on earth is but a glimpse of eternity, and that our eternal souls are judged by our earthly morals.
 ·       Identify friend from foe- Christ said if you are neither hot nor cold butlukewarm, He would spew you out of His mouth.  It is time for Christians to act like Christians and stand for Christ.  Those who like the darkness and hate the Light will consider this Envision as a foe;let it be known Envision 1790 Ministries are not lukewarm but on fire for the Lord.  What side of the line in the sand are you on?
.
·       Making water baptisms a common occurrence in the Natalbany River-  .  Please pray for our ministries and find way that you can help build new Spiritual foundations in your life and the lives of our youth.
·       Grow this Envision to multiple sites- With all of your prayers and financial help Envision 1790 can and will be built not only here in Holden Louisianabut in many other God fearing towns across this great Christian nation.
